The room was spotlessly clean and huge. The bed was comfortable king sized. Great location in Rockland, just off eateries.

Staff was extremely friendly at the front desk upon check in and when there was a problem, they dealt with it graciously and with ease. They were very helpful in assisting us to map out our travel plans to the city, and we enjoyed our stay once our room was switched.

First room reeked of cigarette smoke and needed a thorough cleaning. The floors outside the room were very dirty and inside the room all you could smell was smoke in a nonsmoking facility. It smelled like someone regularly smoked in there and the room needed steam cleaning as well as all bedding (comforters), drapes, and walls needed to be washed. We wondered if they saved these rooms for those who had a discounted rate but they did move us to a much better room upon request.

the night staff was wonderful.... great breakfast and the cook/server checked on people... great price for a location within a reasonable drive into Boston

Perfectly clean and huge room

Very good breakfast. Favorable location adjacent to the beaches of Cape Cod, Boston, and the South Shore and Wompatuck State Park.

Rooms just a bit bigger

I wished they had an area to sit outside and relax. We were there with friends and there were no benches or chairs outside .

Great breakfast with free coffee, waffles and also a good assortment of foods, worth to decide on it. Convenient location in the great area, just off the beaches of Cape Cod and restaurants, convenience stores...

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly to me in finding my ultimate destination. The room was clean and the continental breakfast was bountiful and tasty. Room service was timely and professional.

While the bed was comfortable the pillows were smaller than what I am used to. It took a little while to get accustomed to them.

Great location to explore the area, plus there's a shuttle available for the park.

The room smelled of intense smoke even after the attempt to spray and cover up the smoke. The first night I could not sleep and kept waking up due to allergies and the smell. The second night I took a sleeping pill.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and convenient each morning. Quiet, easy access to our family's home.

Continental breakfast was nothing special, and the one maintainer was having trouble keeping up with refilling things at a busy time of the morning. Overall, this hotel was a good basic property - nothing special, but nothing was wrong.
